San Diego Chargers Releases LaDainian Tomlinson After Nine Long Seasons.

The team released Tomlinson yesterday after nine record-breaking seasons. LaDainian came to the Chargers nine years ago when the team was struggling and in their early rebuilding stages.
LaDainian is just one of two players in NFL history to have gained at least 1,200 yards in each of his first seven seasons. In his eighth season with the Chargers (2008), he began to be slowed down due to injuries. However, that year he still produced 1,110 yards and a respectable average of 3.8 yards per carry. Read More
